This document proposes a low carbon energy bus design concept with a 150,000 USD demonstration fund. Key points: 1) The low carbon bus design uses half the engine volume, fuel, and CO2 emissions compared to a normal bus while maintaining the same power, speed, seating and vehicle size. 2) A sample 40-seat bus running 20 hours per day, 360 days per year would save 72,000 liters of diesel fuel annually using the low carbon design. 3) The business plan estimates an annual net profit of 91,200 USD for the low carbon bus, resulting in a high return on investment of 82.91% compared to the normal bus.
