47. ORDER PROCESS:
Generally speaking, Concepts & Solutions recommend a fairly simple process for supplying any custom
product to ensure that our customers get exactly what they are expecting and require, and for our benefit
also ensures that we do not have any problems with quality going forward.
A. Shop Drawings – Concepts & Solutions would produce detailed shop drawings for each item to be
manufactured.These would then be submitted to council, as an assurance that we have understood the
design intent and are meeting all requirements. (sample attached).
B. Prototype – After shop drawings have been approved, a prototype of each item to be manufactured
would be supplied for approval to council.These would be produced at no more than the single unit price
we
have tendered, so there is no extra cost to Council.
C. Supply – Concepts & Solutions would co‐ordinate with council timeframes and deliveries for any
subsequent orders. Manufacture would be scheduled and kept to a mutually acceptable timeline.
