We ensures and help factories for pass buyers’ audit,
3th party’s audit and fair treatment for all the workers
involved in their production.
One of the ways that companies can get assurance
about the performance of their Factories in this regard
is by requesting a buyers and 3rd party audit to report
on processes and the actual situation.

1. Plan weekly internal audit schedule for factory auditions and submit to Office Manager
and Compliance Manager.
2. Cooperate with relevant departments for internal audit on the news Non Compliance
and others.
3. Internal Audit new factory(Social compliance) which have approved to drop order. And
make the final audit reports and send email to factory management, CC to relevant
managers/Leaders.
4. Follow up Non-compliance in reports at factories which offered in previous audit, and
find new compliance.
5. Audit function: focus on Child labor, force labor, Recruitment process, personal
documents, Security, employment contract, wages, working hours, working days,
health, safety, union freedom, Collective Bargaining Agreement, shop steward .
6. Support factories when factories has 3th party audit.

7. What will happen during the audit?
The audit will cover the following things, which are listed below:
• An opening meeting with the factory management team/ HR
Compliance officer.
• A complete and detailed tour of the factory (including storage,
production and accommodation if applicable)
• Interview with managers and people responsible for various
functions .
• A documentary review of the health and safety records
• A documentary review of personnel files.
• Interview with any Union or workers’ representatives
• Private interviews with employees (selected by the auditor) .
• A closing meeting with the factory management team, (with
analysis of the results of the audit) .

8. When will the audit take place?
We try to schedule audits at the earliest
available date and in line with the
requirements of the site to be audited. Audits
will be scheduled on an announced basis by
