Criminal Complaint against SHO Lahori Gate and SI Shri Praveen Kumar Chowki In charge, Church Mission
Road Fatehpuri Old Delhi-6 with reference to D.D.No. 23A dated 09.06.2022 at 12:26pm. 1. That under signed
is OM PRAKASH S/O Late Shri Deep Narayan Poddar, Age about 48 years, R/O Asha Deep Niwas, Shukkar
Hatt, Sonaili Village, P.S. Kadwa, District Katihar, Bihar-855114 and R/O RZF-893, Netaji Subhash Marg, Raj
Nagar Part-2, Palam Colony, New Delhi-110077 and Petitioner-in-Person in the Anti-Prostitution matter in Writ
Petition (Criminal) No. 242/2021, Interlocutory Application No. 66686/2022 in Writ Petition (Criminal) No.
137/2021 and Writ Petition (Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 before Supreme Court of India. 2. That petitioner
is putting up at the Shelter Home, DUSIB Code no.214 near Anand Vihar ISBT Delhi since 21.09.2022 to
pursue his Supreme Court matter W.P. Criminal Diary No. 18546/2022 to recover his never seen 17 year old
minor daughter and wife Rina Kumari alias Guddi age about 40 years from the clutches of Sex Abusers State. 3.
That on 09.11.2022 at around 15:00pm petitioner was again physically attacked and assaulted by a group of sex
abusers while the petitioner was taking lunch at a Dhaba close to Mother Dairy booth opposite to Church
situated at Church Mission Road, Fatehpuri Old Delhi under the jurisdiction of Lahori Gate Police Station and
close to Church Mission Road Police Post. 4. That Petitioner tried the mobile number of SHO Lahori Gate
Police Station for several times but phone was disconnected by SHO. Thereafter petitioner has sent SMS at
15:06:25pm dated 9.11.22 to SHO, “Call back your killer Gunda element from Church Mission Road at
15:00pm dated 9.11.22”. SHO did not respond and sex abusers continued assaulting petitioner during the course
of eating mid-day meal dated 9.11.22 at Dhaba. 5. That thereafter Petitioner has called 112 and registered his
grievances against delinquent SHO Lahori Gate Police Station Delhi and recorded that 4-5 youngsters abused
and physically assaulted the petitioner at Dhaba opposite to Church and SHO did not pick the phone of
petitioner. The 112 call is registered with a unique reference number 6089680 dated 9.11.22 at 15:43:51pm. 6.
That I.O. Shri Praveen Sharma, Chawki In Charge Church Mission Road, Fatehpuri Old Delhi under the
jurisdiction of Lahori Gate Police Station has called petitioner by his mobile no. 9899993266 at 15:52pm dated
9.11.22 to record the statement but even after several reminders he did not come to Shelter Home Anand Vihar
Delhi to record the statement. 7. That Duty Officer Lahori Gate Police Station has called the petitioner by his

2. landline no. 011-23958234 at 16:07pm dated 9.11.22 to enquire about the case. Petitioner has given the
reference of D.DNo. 23A dated 9.6.22 wherein the same physical assault, medical at Aruna Asaf Ali Hospital
and complaint against illicit sex trade and complaint against SI Bijender Singh for illegal detention of petitioner
has been filed before SHO. Yet no F.I.R by SHO so far. 8. Hence, petitioner requests you to take the cognizance
against the delinquent police personnel posted under Lahori Gate Police Station Delhi under relevant sections of
IPC
