Sub: Writ Petition (Criminal) Diary Number. 18546/2022 pushed
into defective list deliberately by Registrar Supreme Court of India
for escalating Gang Rapes, child sexual abuse, illicit sex trade of
petitioner’s families-reg.
Hon’ble Sir,
1. That petitioner-in-person has cured all the defects raised
against Writ Petition (Criminal) Diary Number. 18546/2022 on
21.06.2022 and refiled the same date in physical mode before
Supreme Court of India.
2. That however, Ms Rajni Sharma dealing Assistant of Section
1B of Supreme Court of India has raised one new defect on
22.06.2022 to delete prayer V from the petition for registration
and listing it before Vacation Bench urgently.
3. That petitioner has refused to delete the said defect with
detailed clarifications/explanations on 22.06.2022.
4. Hence, the matter has been deliberately pushed into the
defective list for escalating Gang Rapes, child sexual abuse and
illicit sex trade of petitioner’s families.

15.06.2022 Deputy Commissioner of Police Vigilance,
South West district New Delhi, Police Station
Vasant Vihar called petitioner by mobile
number 9968230682, 011-26140016, 011-
26140025 at 10:02 am. Petitioner recorded his
statement through written complaint against
persistent gang rapes, child sexual abuse, illicit
sex trade and human trafficking of his families
by the nexus of state, NGOs, gangsters, mafia,
Indian defense organizations and general public
and submitted the same to the Inspector
Vigilance South West district New Delhi,
Police Station Vasant Vihar at 2nd
floor.
16.06.2022 After recording statement to DCP Vigilance,
Delhi Police; gang rapes, child sexual abuse,
illicit sex trade and human trafficking of his
families being identified inside the premises of
Supreme Court of India by the Advocates and
judicial staff including other staff of the court.
112 call has been made with reference no.
5244669. I.O. Banwari lal mobile no.
9953717657 from Tilak Marg Police Station
has been appointed by Delhi Police. Another
112 call with reference no. 5244690 has been

made against sex abuser Advocate A.N.Singh,
Notary at Supreme Court of India for not
allotting Affidavit registration number against
Writ Petition (Criminal) Diary Number.
18546/2022 with an ulterior motive filed by the
petitioner before Supreme Court of India. I.O.
Ramesh Chand mobile no. 9312023843 is being
appointed from Tilak Marg Police Station by
Delhi Police.
18.06.2022 112 call with reference no. 5253501 at 3:38 AM
has been made against Delhi Police for cutting
damaging luggage, torturing, abusing petitioner
with filthy language, while he was sleeping at
the footpath outside of old Delhi Railway
Station. 112 call at 10.51am has arranged a
conference call for petitioner with Delhi Police
Control room, Control room took the details
and disconnected the call without any relief to
the petitioner. Thereafter petitioner has
identified gang rapes and illicit sex trade of his
families again inside the UCO Bank, R.K.Jain
Block, Lawyers Chamber, Gate number B in
front of filing counter, C.K. Daphtary Lawyers
Chamber Supreme Court of India. Petitioner,
aggrieved by the bystander apathy of Tilak
Marg police station, called I.O. Ramesh Chand
and subsequently met SHO Tilak Marg;
submitted his written complaint vide D.D.NO.
40 dated 18.06.2022 for registration of an F.I.R
against the accused. Thereafter petitioner has

made 112/1091 call with reference
no.5255924 at 18:27:28pm in the capacity of a
Social Worker against a minor girl (pushed into
drug abuse and sexual abuse by the Railway
Protection Police, old Delhi Railway Police and
Indian defense organization inside Tin shade of
Old Delhi Railway Station) for rescue and
rehabilitation. I.O. unnamed mobile no.
7678449840 from old Delhi Railway police
Station has been appointed by Delhi Police and
I.O. has forced the petitioner to record false
statement and sign the same. However the true
statement is that RPF, Old Delhi Railway
Station police and defense personnel have made
hostage the victim girl for their own vested
interest of drug abuse and sexual abuse. They
escape her if any alarm is being ringed or any
social work intervention is being made by any
social worker.
19.06.2022 112 call has been made against Superintendent of
Police Jitender Kumar for giving a suspicious
call by mobile number 9873361950 in the
capacity of Assistant Commissioner of Police,
Seelampur North East Delhi for inviting
petitioner in the meeting with ACP Seelampur
office. 112 call with reference no. 5260904 at
19:23:31pm has been made against the
suspicious fraud call and the same has been
reported to original ACP Seelampur north east
Delhi on his mobile no. 8750870704 at 19:14

pm for internal/external inquiry. I.O. Mukesh
Kumar mobile no. 9868365047 of police station
palam village New Delhi is being appointed by
Delhi Police. 112 call with reference no.
5260340 at 17:08pm has been made against
human trafficker bearing mobile number
8830993916. Trafficker has shown petitioner’s
wife Rina Kumari along with 25 year old
Rajput sex abuser man, 3 year old boy, 22 year
old lady at the bus stop, opposite of old Delhi
Railway Station at around 3 to 4 pm. The
moment petitioner made 112 call against the
mobile number of human trafficker 8830993916
by which petitioner’s wife had made a call on

October 2019 (during the dispute raised
against CRWJC NO.1238/2019 by the Registrar
General Patna High Court for pushing it under
defective list deliberately) for her rescue from
the clutches of this demon human trafficker.
Thereafter sex abuser trafficked her by Toto
battery rickshaw towards Church Mission Road,
Fatehpuri, Old Delhi-6.
20.6.2022 112 call has been made with reference no.
5263678 at 6:19:25am against RPF personnel
Kamlesh Kumar, UP Police, Government of
India Police, Old Delhi Railway station Police
and Indian defense organization for organizing
gang rapes, child sexual abuse and illicit sex
trade of petitioner’s families inside the toilet
close to RPF office, inside the premises of old

Delhi Railway station. Police station Kotwali
mobile no. 9999912854 has called on the
petitioner and took brief of case and transferred
the call to I.O. Rajender Singh, old Delhi
Railway Police Station. Unfortunately, I.O. did
not record the statement of petitioner even after
his several pursuances. 112 call at 18:15:58pm
against I.O. Rajender Singh has been made with
reference no. 5263678 on the same date for not
taking any action and showing inertia and by
standard apathy.
21.06.2022 112 call with reference no. 5268830 at
09:24:27AM has been made against the
persistent Gang Rape, child sexual abuse and
illicit sex trade of petitioner’s families on the
same venue, toilet of old Delhi Railway Station
close to RPF office. 112 Complaint contains
“NO ACTION on police complaint by I.O.
Rajender Singh and I.O. Devender Singh old
Delhi Railway Staion police station”. New I.O.
Satya Mohan from old Delhi Railway Station is
being appointed by Delhi Police. I.O. Satya
Mohan recorded the statement of petitioner at
13:32pm.
22.06.2022 112 call has been made with reference no.
5273966 against Tilak Marg Police station that
“NO ACTION by I.O. Tilak Marg Police
Station taken against sustaining persistent gang
rapes, child sexual abuse and illicit sex trade by

the Advocates and judicial staff including other
staff of the court inside and outside the supreme
court premises. I.O. Hare Ram Sah mobile no.
9312995787 from Tilak Marg police station has
been appointed by Delhi Police. He took the
details but not recorded the statement of
petitioner for registration of an F.I.R
23.06.2022 After curing all defects raised by the registry of
Supreme Court of India; a fresh defect has been
raised by Dealing Assistant, Ms. Rajni Sharma
in Writ Petition (Criminal)D.NO. 18546/2022
for removal of prayer V from the petition for
registration and listing of it before the Vacation
Bench urgently for STOPPING persistent gang
rapes of victims. However, petitioner has
refused to delete it and cured this defect by
noting that petitioner will not remove prayer V
from the petition and court may list it before
Chamber Judge for the office order. Hence the
matter has been pushed into defective list by the
Registry of Supreme Court of India. After
refusing, not recording statement and not
registering F.I.R by all 6 police stations of
Delhi (Palam Village south west Delhi, Vasant
Vihar south west Delhi, Tilak Marg New Delhi,
Shastri Park North East Delhi, Old Delhi
Railway Station Central Delhi and Lahori Gate
Central Delhi), petitioner has made 112 call for
the same and not handing over the victim
families to the petitioner by delinquent Delhi

Police. Thereafter, petitioner departed from
Delhi by Train no. 15484 Mahananda Express
vide PNR NO. 244-3448408 date of journey
24.06.2022(Friday) informing Government of
India and the general public at social media like
Facebook, twitter and LinkedIn.
24.06.2022 Finally, Supreme Court of India has provided
pending provisional application no. 12939-2022
to the petitioner against his e-filed writ petition
criminal dated 07.06.2022 connected with illicit
sex trade of his families and minor girls by the
state. I.O. Satya Mohan from old Delhi Railway
Station has refused to hand over the victim
families to the petitioner till the order passed by
Supreme Court of India in Writ Petition
(Criminal) D.NO. 18546/2022. I.O. in turn has
sold the victims to human trafficker bearing
mobile no. 8800518543 of Katihar district of
Bihar and boarded the victim in the same train,
same date of journey and same time close to the
coach of petitioner. 112 call has been made
against S-5, Berth No. 57 in the name of
Women human trafficker Mamta age about 45
years, Man human trafficker Sunil Kumar S-5,
Berth No. 58 from Mahananda Express at
12:00pm at Firozabad Uttar Pradesh Railway
Station for dropping the victim minor girl at
Firozabad Uttar Pradesh Railway Station.
Ironically, 112 call has not been recorded by UP
Police. Thereafter, petitioner again made a 112

call at 12:50pm and this time the call has been
recorded by UP Police with reference no.
R24062200034, PRV:AGAFRZ01. I.O.
unnamed mobile no. 7311154808, 8077865764
from Firozabad police station have been
appointed by Uttar Pradesh Police. Petitioner
has identified his neighbor human trafficker/sex
abuser Sanju Poddar S/O Ramu Poddar R/O
Sonaili, Shukkar Hatt, P.S. Kadwa, Katihar
Bihar at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh Railway Station
at around 15:43pm trafficking victims.
Thereafter Md. Jabir R/O Katihar bearing
mobile no. 8851706286 has been identified as
human trafficker/sex abuser sitting at
petitioner’s berth no. 63 RAC, coach no. S-9 in
the same train and on the same date of journey.
However, he managed to mark “NO” in the
T.T.E Chart and travelled at berth no. 72 coach
no.04 in the same train without ticket.112 call
again has been made against an attempt of mob
violence/mob attack by a group of Muslims/sex
abusers/Human traffickers from Katihar,
Barsoi, Purnea, Araria, Kishanganj district of
Bihar at around 11:30pm between Mugal
Sarai/Deen Dayal Upadhyay Railway Station of
UP and Buxur railway station of Bihar from the
moving train. Unfortunately the UP Police did
not record the said call and did not appoint I.O.
for the same till date.
25.06.2022 Petitioner has identified another human

traffickers/carries of state, Md. Abu bakar
along with a women, a minor girl, a minor boy
R/O Semapur, katihar forcefully occupying
petitioner’s berth no. 63 inside coach no. 09 of
Mahananda Express, boarded at Patna, travelled
without ticket till Semapur Katihar.112 call has
been made between Sahebpur kamal and
khagria railway station for seeking complaint
reference number against 112 call made in the
24th
night for mob violence/ mob attack by
Muslims in the moving train Mahanand
Express. Annexures P-1 to P-25 with correction
as additional documents has been e-filed from
katihar railway station IP address with
transaction ID: DLCT2507F2234N350 and
DLCT2541F2202R518. Thereafter, another
human trafficker /sex abuser Mr. Kuldeep
Kumar Singh Rai bearing mobile no.
6239941535 R/O Firozpur district of Punjab has
been identified. petitioner‘s Toilet lock inside
his house had been broken by the human
trafficker/sex abusers for organizing gang rapes,
child sexual abuse and illicit sex trade in his
absence from 05.06.2022 to 25.06.2022. He
noticed the same after coming from Delhi.
26.06.2022 Defense personnel Abhinandan Jha has been
reconfirmed as one of the sex abuser and human
trafficker of petitioner’s minor daughter Shriya
Poddar, age about 17 years and other family
members after Shastri Park North East Delhi

incidents in 2020 and the same has been made
accused in W.P.(Crl) 242/2021 before this
court. He organized gang rapes causing nonstop
artificial rain at sonaili village, P.S. Kadwa.
Katihar Bihar. Victims are being
brought/trafficked by a helicopter of Air Force
at Sonaili for gang rapes. The same has been
informed to all I.Os. of Delhi Police through
mobile SMS, “I.O. STOP foul play. Victim
brought by helicopter of Air Force,
Muslims/Congress organized DJ dance and
gang rapes events with my wife and RSS/BJP
with my minor daughter at gun point, recorded
prone rape video of victims in the night of
26.6.22 at sonaili, P.S. Kadwa, Katihar, Bihar
for blackmailing them”.
27.06.2022 All identified sex abusers/human traffickers from
24.06.2022 to 25.06.2022 mentioned above,
have supplied (recent 2020) photographs of
petitioner’s minor daughter Shriya Poddar, age
about 17 years which have been uploaded along
with 6 years old photographs of his daughter at
social media like Facebook, twitter and
LinkedIn for identification and cross
verification by the Government of India as well
by the general public.

Mahender Sah, son of Makhan sah, Indian
defense organization, organized gang rapes,

petitioner’s families disconnecting electricity of
whole village causing nonstop artificial rain in
the region for gang rapes, which is being
noticed by petitioner at 18:30pm.
29.06.2022 Hence, this criminal complaint against Registrar
Supreme Court of India for immediate stern
action. Seeking urgent listing before Hon’ble
court to STOP persistent Gang Rapes, illicit sex
trade, child sexual abuse and human trafficking
of victim families by the nexus of state, NGO,
gangsters, Indian defense Organizations and
General Public.
