Julia Garments Established in 2009 with the aim to
manufacture export quality garments. We are also executing
order for the world Famous branded knitted garments through
private agency. The factory started its manufacturing activities
in Tirupur, The company is located in Tirupur town, the hub of
Indian knit garment industry near the textile city of Coimbatore
in southern state of Tamilnadu in India, globally famous for
knitwear Garments. The Company started with the sale export
of knitted garments to Europe and later extended its reach to
United Kingdom, France, Italy and Canada.

experienced Managers, Staff and Administrative infrastructure
for its manufacturing operations. Julia Garments product
ranger comprises of various types of “Knitted Hosieries” With
100% colon or cotton blended materials with varying
accessories. In order to boost the volume of export production,
the company has affiliated and integrated processing units like
Dyeing, Knitting, Compacting, Printing, Embroidery Units etc.,
The export capability of the company is ably supported by its
progressive attitude that has made it to have a vertical set-up
knitting factories, processing division and Garments
Manufacturing Division.

1. Collecting customer’s requirement of fabric and style.

3. Preliminary screening by inspection and testing.
4. Forwarding samples to the customers and receiving feedback.

1. Receiving and verifying the quotations of suppliers by
studying their suitability both in terms of quality and capacity
to meet contractual requirements.
2. Negotiation and finalization of price.
Order Progress Process
On receipt of orders based on above, discussing with suppliers
on process planning, preparation of critical path by highlighting
critical stages involved.

12. Weekly Progress Report
Meeting with Merchandiser, Quality Controller and Logistic
staff will be held every Saturday and status will be e-mailed to
customers on every Monday. This will enable all the customers
to verify their order progress.
Sample Trajectory
Different types of samples like prototype, pre-production, photo
sample etc will be strictly followed up.
Quality Assurance
1. Testing over all basic parameters for each dye lot of the fabric.
2. Arranging and carry out fabric, size set, in-line and final
inspection.
Shipment
Arranging vessel for shipment with the forwarders and follow
up shipment points for smoother connections.
