The delegates of the 2016 G(irls)20 Summit met in Beijing, China to discuss the G20 Leaders' 2014 commitment to reducing the gender gap in labor force participation by 25% by 2025. Their proposals focused on eradicating gender bias, increasing access to education and skills training for women, and creating family-friendly policies and safe working conditions.
