Committment letter I want to be a person who seeks the good of others valuing my team and remaining loyal to my own values code I must be able to propel myself to make decisions that lead to great works, without the need of relying on support from other mentally talking.Also I must be aware that the biggest limitation is my own mind, that’s why I will allow alternative ways of thinking, to take the best and guide a team towards goals of the organization or group.I must have the ability to encourage and guide people to achieve the objectives following a code of ethics. First of all I think that the values have to be colocated in a high place, to make easier to take decisions in despite the environment, the boss, colleagues, I would like to say that there is a formula to reach my own leadership, but truth is that there is not, but I have some aspects to decide which option is better than others, for example ethics, cost-benefit relation, and social impact. I have to work hard every day to win my own battles, to generate trust, to increase my self-steem, and I must learn from every failure during my life, it could be easier to let things go by, without taking some good or bad from it but I believe that coincidences in life are unreal, if something happens has a reason, maybe to remember what was forgotten, to create new relationships, or just because destiny wanted to join 2 different paths. My strategies are to be focused in an integral way that includes, globalization, technological advancement, trends in businesses, laws, because I must be a person that read or watches news at least 3 times per week to be informed about all this. And to read magazine articles, from internet or physical paper to know what technology offers. My presence will contribute a better country because I promise that my decisions will be based on my ethics code according with the ethics of the Institution where I became a Engineer: Tec de Monterrey Campus Puebla.
