This document presents a cost-benefit analysis of implementing mandatory MMR vaccination for children with non-medical exemptions in the US. It finds that total discounted benefits of vaccination would be $83.38 million from reduced healthcare costs, increased productivity, and other factors. Total costs are estimated at $30.88 million. Therefore, the benefit-cost ratio strongly favors vaccination, with a ratio of nearly 3 to 1. However, due to political opposition, implementing such a program in the US may not be feasible. The analysis provides national estimates of costs and benefits to support voluntary vaccination.
