45 attendees discussed diversity and inclusion challenges at their workplaces. Key topics included roadblocks, possibilities, and expectations. Four to five focus areas emerged that could help address identified needs. The event's goals aligned with Metro State College's strategic plans to engage the community and support civic engagement and diversity. The agenda included group discussions and exercises. Next steps were to share notes, survey data, and hold a follow-up event in spring 2011.
