This document discusses techniques for co-creating a world that works through cooperation and collaboration. It outlines five key principles: 1) using check-ins and check-outs to focus on relationships, 2) reflecting on processes to improve, 3) structuring efforts around processes, goals, or content, 4) enabling leadership from all participants, and 5) addressing clear, pressing challenges. An example is given of co-creation helping a group of wastepickers in India improve recycling processes, increase yields, lower costs, and foster organizational growth.
