The Gallery House, West Bengal

- 1. clubhouse Suzhou, China Fall 2014 Project Director: Yong Huang Project Designer: Nick Fish & Junye Zhou The Clubhouse is both a vacation home of the owner and a resort for the guests. The overall spatial concept is inspired by the traditional Chinese Courtyard typology. The program is congregated into 3 large courtyards; the main courtyard for social space and the other two smaller courtyards for semi-private use. The residential program is located on the second level, separating the owner quarters from the visitor quarters, while the amenities are located on the main floor, creating a resort atmosphere.
