READING COMPREHENSION
Breakfast is the most important meal. You need to eat things are good for you if
you´re going to have a difficult and busy day. Some cereal of fruits are always a
good option. Eggs, whole wheat bread and some tea or coffe also give you what
you need to start your day. But as time goes by, your energy decreses and you
need it back to be able to continue. It´s time for lunch then.
Even though junk food may be delicious, actually its not the best you can have. It
doesn´t really give you all the nutritional advantages that healthy food does. It´s
much better to have some balanced menu. Salad , chicken or meat. Etc. Anyway
try to eat things that don´t have any fat ot flour.
However, from time to time, it´s a good idea to forget about diets and balanced
food nd just sit down to enjoy some ice cream or a big hamburger with lots of
ketchup.
NOW TELL US
A) How balanced is your diet? (what do you eat in for breakfast and lunch)
______________________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________________
B) How often do you eat junk food? (what food)

Adaptado para el bachillerato de adultos. __________________________________________ Ingles -Clei 3- Adaptación: Enrique Hineztroza y Doralba Munera Docentes IPB 14 READING COMPREHENSION Breakfast is the most important meal. You need to eat things are good for you if you´re going to have a difficult and busy day. Some cereal of fruits are always a good option. Eggs, whole wheat bread and some tea or coffe also give you what you need to start your day. But as time goes by, your energy decreses and you need it back to be able to continue. It´s time for lunch then. Even though junk food may be delicious, actually its not the best you can have. It doesn´t really give you all the nutritional advantages that healthy food does. It´s much better to have some balanced menu. Salad , chicken or meat. Etc. Anyway try to eat things that don´t have any fat ot flour. However, from time to time, it´s a good idea to forget about diets and balanced food nd just sit down to enjoy some ice cream or a big hamburger with lots of ketchup. NOW TELL US A) How balanced is your diet? (what do you eat in for breakfast and lunch) ______________________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________________ B) How often do you eat junk food?
