This document outlines the course fees, payment and cancellation policies for a Clerical Enhancement Programme on June 5-6, 2008. The normal rate is RM1,380 per participant but there is an early bird rate of RM1,280 if paid by May 22. A 10% group discount is available for 3 or more participants from the same company. Full refunds are given for cancellations at least 2 weeks before the training, and 50% refunds are given for cancellations less than 7 days before. Payment should be made via cheque to Adroit & Associates Sdn Bhd. A registration form is included to provide participant and company details.
