Classes 1, 2, and 3 from Katinara school participated in a local Clean Up Day by cleaning the area next to their didactic route. The students received instructions, split into groups, and cleaned wood, plastic, and metal rubbish while wearing gloves and using bags, collecting a large amount of items like scooters, bikes and billboards. Their work was reported on by the local TV station, they had a snack break, made a list of collected items, and planted a new tree before returning to school.

1. APRIL 17, 2010 SCHOOL CLEAN UP DAY CLASSES 1, 2, & 3 from Katinara joined the local CLEAN UP DAY and cleaned the area next to the didactic route we have created since 2007.

6. We used plastic gloves and plastic rubbish bags.
