The Product Launching class project consists of six parts: setting goals and objectives; performing a SWOT, trend, customer, and competitor analysis; determining product and launch feasibility; making a conclusion and recommendation; establishing a time frame; and creating a financial plan. The analysis section examines the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, trends, customers, competition, and unique selling proposition. Feasibility covers the product and launch. The conclusion recommends whether or not to move forward.
