4. Locations CITIUS 2011 takesplace in two locations. Most of the fridaywillbespent at the Youth2Business (Y2B) Forum in Copenhagen. The remainder of the conferencewilltakeplace at Næstved Gymnasium. 5. Application & Payment Applications: Sign-up opens 27th of September (noon), and closes the 12th of October (23:59). Any applications made later than the 12th of October will be subject to a late payment fee of an additional 100kr. The last day for late applications is the 19th of October (23:59). After this day it is not possible to sign-up for the conference. Cancellations and refunds: Cancellations made before 14th of October (23:59) will be eligible for a full refund, while cancellations made between the 15th (00:00) and 19th of October (23:59) will be eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations made after the 19th of October (23:59) will not be eligible for any refunds.
