Cinderella's stepmother and two stepsisters treat her like a servant after her father dies. When the Prince holds a ball to find a wife, Cinderella wants to go but her stepfamily prevents her. Her fairy godmother uses magic to transform Cinderella's ragged dress into a beautiful gown and a pumpkin into a carriage so she can attend the ball, where she dances with and captivates the Prince. However, at midnight the magic ends and Cinderella flees, losing one of her glass slippers. The Prince searches for the girl whose foot fits the slipper and finds Cinderella, marrying her and living happily ever after.
