CHWs definition
• Community health workers should be members of the
communities where they work, should be selected by the
communities, should be answerable to the communities for
their activities, should be supported by the health system
but not necessarily a part of its organization, and have
shorter training than professional workers.
Organogram definition
•Diagram that shows the structure of an
organization and the relationships between the
different ​people, departments ​, and ​jobs at
different ​levels within that ​organization
Organogram definition
• Graphic that shows the structure of an organization and how
the various positions are related to each other and may
include information such as the job titles, names, and areas
of responsibility for the employees.
