Chrome is a web browser that allows users to sign in to sync bookmarks, data, and settings across devices. It provides an omnibox for entering URLs or searches, and has settings for appearance, search, users, and default browser. Chrome also features apps and extensions that can be added from the Chrome Web Store, including options targeted towards education like markup tools, URL shorteners, read-aloud extensions, and print plugins. Teachers are able to get recommendations on and create lists of useful Chrome apps and extensions for their students.
