Project Collateral
11
Industrialization and Market take-up Strategy
The purpose of the market take-up activities is to show how the
knowledge and the IP generated during the course of the project
will be exploited to ensure a good legacy of the project.
12
Industrialization Action Plan
The exploitation of the IP generated will be done
in four phases throughout the project:
Phase 1 Objective: To investigate and confirm a market and exploitation
opportunity large enough in the chosen markets while taking into
account the competition and the uniqueness of the solution.
Phase 2 Objective: To facilitate the take up of the CHOReVOLUTION
platform by preparing courseware and updating the training material.
Also to conduct a study to verify the needs of our potential users.
Phase 3 Objective: To prepare the documentation needed to facilitate
third-party users to download and implement the platform.
Phase 4 Objective: To map out all the exploitation activities done by each
partner and describe the partners intentions for further exploitation of
the platform.
