Chito is a traditional Spanish sport played since 1902 where players take turns throwing a metal disc called a tostón at a wooden cylinder target called a chito from a distance of about 20 meters. The chito consists of two conical wooden trunks joined at their smaller bases and has a metal sheet and duck placed on top. Players stand 22 meters apart and determine the starting order by throwing weighted thongs closer to the duck, then take turns throwing the tostón at the chito to knock the duck off.
