Presently I am working in Essar Steel India Ltd, (Hazira,) as a Deputy Manager in Maintenance
(Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation) joined company as a Diploma Engineer Trainee on 5
December 2005.
Responsibilities Handled
 Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of Electrical, Instruments, Automation, Ng
station pneumatic system and Hydraulic systems valves etc…. for 4 no of Kilns (300 TPD)
in SMP for smooth and trouble free plant operation with optimum process parameters.
 Conduct quick repair/replacement of electrical equipment/systems to be installed
thereby optimizing production uptime; strive for quick restoration
 Planning, preparing and scheduling Electrical, Instrument & Automation maintenance
activities ensuring the required level of equipment integrity, reliability and safe
electrical systems
 Responsible for new equipments erection, installation and commissioning for plant
modification, mordenization as well as expansion
 SAP systems efficiently utilization for proper derive of maintenance activity records, for
improving plant equipments health and quality of maintenance.
