4. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our project guide, Mamta Sardare Ma’am, for her constant
encouragement and valuable guidance during this project. We're also grateful to SEE Dean,
Dipti Sakhre Ma’am, for her support and belief in our abilities.
We appreciate the entire staff and faculty for their advice and cooperation, which played a
crucial role in our project's success. Their dedication and expertise
enriched our learning experience, and we thank them sincerely.
Moreover, we want to express our deep appreciation to our fellow peers, the
dedicated team of seven, who worked tirelessly alongside us. Their collaboration,
insights, and collective effort were instrumental in making this project a success.
We are thankful for the synergy that our peer group brought to this endeavor, and

5. Manufacturing Process
Identifying and source natural ingredients rich in pigments
raw materials are cleaned, crushed, or ground to extract the pigments
The extracted pigments are filtered to remove impurities
The extracted pigments are concentrated to increase color intensity
Evaporation and drying methods may be used
6. Manufacturing Process
For Liquid Colors:
The concentrated pigments are mixed with water, glycerin, or other suitable
solvents and stabilizers to create a liquid solution
The formulation is carefully adjusted to achieve the desired color strength and
stability
The liquid color solution is sterilized to ensure safety and extend shelf life
It is then packaged in appropriate containers
7. Manufacturing Process
For Dry Colors:
concentrated pigments can be dried using methods like spray drying,
freeze drying, or vacuum drying
Blending And grinding
quality control measures are implemented to ensure color accuracy,
stability, and safety
The final dry color powder is packaged in airtight containers
