I want to express my gratitude to my mentor, Sir Shaji John, the general
manager of the company, for giving me the chance to intern here. During my
time as an intern, I've learned a lot about sales, marketing, and understanding
consumer behavior. It's been a great experience, and I've gained skills that have
boosted my confidence, determination, and abilities. This internship has taught
me valuable lessons for a successful corporate career.
introduction
 In the modern food industry, where people's preferences change a lot, it's
really important to have healthy and safe food that doesn't harm us and
makes us healthier. What makes this brand special is that their food doesn't
have any chemicals or pesticides. 24 Mantra is committed to giving people
natural and organic products that are free from these artificial things. They
also care about the environment and use farming methods that don't hurt it.
This matters to people who care about their health and want to know what's in
their food. 24 Mantra is making a big effort to change how people eat and
also help the Earth. As an intern, I've learned how important their role is in
providing organic food for today's generation.
Companyprofile
In 2004, Raj Seelam started 24 Mantra with a mission. He wanted to make
organic farming popular and give people healthy food. He believed in a brand
that cared about health, nature, and farming that lasts. The company was a
leader in bringing organic food to India. Back then, most farms used chemicals,
but 24 Mantra chose natural ways to grow food without those chemicals
With time, the company grew and made many different organic foods. They had
grains, spices, oils, and even ready-to-eat foods. People trusted 24 Mantra
because they stuck to real organic farming, and their food was good and true.
As part of its goal, 24 Mantra worked to tell people about the good things in
organic food and why it's important to help nature-friendly farming. They taught
people through different ways about how organic food is better for health and
the planet.
Because of their hard work in supporting organic farming and making good
food, 24 Mantra became well-known and respected in the natural food world.
People saw them as a brand that cares about quality, doing the right thing, and
making us healthier.
They also focused on doing things that help the Earth, like using fewer
chemicals, keeping the soil healthy, and helping local farmers. This made them
known as a company that cares about the environment and takes responsibility
for its actions.

Mr. N Balasubramanian, also known as Bala, is the CEO of Sresta Natural Bio-Products Pvt
Ltd, the company that makes India's popular organic brand, 24 Mantra Organic. Bala believes
that leadership means turning dreams into reality, and that's what he's good at. He's a visionary
leader who has created more than four well-known brands in India, even in areas where there
were none before.
Bala's career started with selling things door-to-door, and he worked hard to become the sales
director for Tropicana beverages, a new drink by PepsiCo. He was a big part of the team that
introduced Tropicana to India. He helped the business grow by working with others and building
partnerships. Bala also did important work with the National Dairy Development Board, creating
places to sell fruits and vegetables before modern stores were common.

All the farming projects are under Organic Certification for Euro 2092/91
standards, US NOP and Indian NPOP organic standards. Most of the projects
are certified by Control Union International, ONECERT.
Processing units have some of the following food safety and other certifications:
ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP,GMP (Good manufacturing facilities), GHP
(Good Hygiene Practices), FSSAI ( Food Safety and Standards Authority of
India ) BRC (British Retail Consortium)

 Organic Tattva, Organic India, Pro nature organic foods, Tata sampan etc.

 Events: During our time, we organized activities to tell people about organic
food and how 24 Mantra is working to make healthy products. We did fun
things like games, cooking competitions, painting contests, and music
performances to get the community interested.
 Advertisement in Shops: To make our products known all over, we visited
different shops and small stores. We talked to them about our good products
and how they can help people's health. We formed 6 groups, each with 4
people, to do this.
 House Visits: We went from house to house and building to building to visit
the families who took part in our events and contests. We gave them rewards
and free products. This was to motivate and teach everyone in the family
about healthy choices.
CONCLUSION
During my time as an intern at 24 Mantra, I learned many useful skills and
important life lessons. I discovered how to connect with people, communicate
well, take photos, plan events, and be adaptable when persuading others. I also
learned to handle unexpected challenges. Overall, this experience taught me a
lot and boosted my confidence. I formed strong bonds with my colleagues, and
together, we faced both good times and challenges. This internship showed me
that work can be enjoyable and rewarding when there's a good balance between
work and personal life. I want to thank Sir Shaji for giving me this opportunity.

  • 4. acknowledgement I want to express my gratitude to my mentor, Sir Shaji John, the general manager of the company, for giving me the chance to intern here. During my time as an intern, I've learned a lot about sales, marketing, and understanding consumer behavior. It's been a great experience, and I've gained skills that have boosted my confidence, determination, and abilities. This internship has taught me valuable lessons for a successful corporate career.

What makes this brand special is that their food doesn't have any chemicals or pesticides. 24 Mantra is committed to giving people natural and organic products that are free from these artificial things. They also care about the environment and use farming methods that don't hurt it. This matters to people who care about their health and want to know what's in their food. 24 Mantra is making a big effort to change how people eat and also help the Earth. As an intern, I've learned how important their role is in providing organic food for today's generation.
  • 6. Companyprofile In 2004, Raj Seelam started 24 Mantra with a mission. He wanted to make organic farming popular and give people healthy food. He believed in a brand that cared about health, nature, and farming that lasts. The company was a leader in bringing organic food to India. Back then, most farms used chemicals, but 24 Mantra chose natural ways to grow food without those chemicals With time, the company grew and made many different organic foods. They had grains, spices, oils, and even ready-to-eat foods. People trusted 24 Mantra because they stuck to real organic farming, and their food was good and true.
  • 7. As part of its goal, 24 Mantra worked to tell people about the good things in organic food and why it's important to help nature-friendly farming. They taught people through different ways about how organic food is better for health and the planet. Because of their hard work in supporting organic farming and making good food, 24 Mantra became well-known and respected in the natural food world. People saw them as a brand that cares about quality, doing the right thing, and making us healthier. They also focused on doing things that help the Earth, like using fewer chemicals, keeping the soil healthy, and helping local farmers. This made them known as a company that cares about the environment and takes responsibility for its actions.

Chiefexecutiveofficerofthecompany Mr. N Balasubramanian, also known as Bala, is the CEO of Sresta Natural Bio-Products Pvt Ltd, the company that makes India's popular organic brand, 24 Mantra Organic. Bala believes that leadership means turning dreams into reality, and that's what he's good at. He's a visionary leader who has created more than four well-known brands in India, even in areas where there were none before. Bala's career started with selling things door-to-door, and he worked hard to become the sales director for Tropicana beverages, a new drink by PepsiCo. He was a big part of the team that introduced Tropicana to India. He helped the business grow by working with others and building partnerships. Bala also did important work with the National Dairy Development Board, creating places to sell fruits and vegetables before modern stores were common.

Most of the projects are certified by Control Union International, ONECERT. Processing units have some of the following food safety and other certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP,GMP (Good manufacturing facilities), GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), FSSAI ( Food Safety and Standards Authority of India ) BRC (British Retail Consortium)

  • 11. Roleswe playedduringourinternship  Events: During our time, we organized activities to tell people about organic food and how 24 Mantra is working to make healthy products. We did fun things like games, cooking competitions, painting contests, and music performances to get the community interested.
  • 12.  Advertisement in Shops: To make our products known all over, we visited different shops and small stores. We talked to them about our good products and how they can help people's health. We formed 6 groups, each with 4 people, to do this.
  • 13.  House Visits: We went from house to house and building to building to visit the families who took part in our events and contests. We gave them rewards and free products. This was to motivate and teach everyone in the family about healthy choices.
  • 14. CONCLUSION During my time as an intern at 24 Mantra, I learned many useful skills and important life lessons. I discovered how to connect with people, communicate well, take photos, plan events, and be adaptable when persuading others. I also learned to handle unexpected challenges. Overall, this experience taught me a lot and boosted my confidence. I formed strong bonds with my colleagues, and together, we faced both good times and challenges. This internship showed me that work can be enjoyable and rewarding when there's a good balance between work and personal life. I want to thank Sir Shaji for giving me this opportunity.
