Prepare ingredients such as large prawns, pieces of fish
fillet, or vegetables; dry well. Keep chilled until use
Pour 2 parts of ice cold water into a mixing bowl
Add 1 parts of CS Tempura Flour to the mixing bowl
Stir quickly until the flour is moistened.
In a frying pan, heat oil to about 170-180°C.
Dredge food with tempura flour, dip it in made batter,
Drain excess batter, deep fry in preheated oil. Fry until food
Is golden in color and crispy. Drain on a wire rack or paper
towel. Sprinkle our CS Seasoning of your choice. Serve hot.

Concentrate Mixing ratio: Mix 150gm of CS Krunchy Breading
Conc. with 1kg of refined flour and the flour mix is ready for use !
Directions for Use
For Crumble Texture: Mainly applicable for poultry and red meat.
Prepare morsels of meat and marinate for upto 4 hours.
Step 1 - Dredge marinated meats with flour mix.
Step 2 - Dip it in water.
Step 3 - Again dredge morsel in made flour mix and crumble the
surface of meat using your fingers.
Step 4 - Deep fry in moderately hot oil.
For Pakora finish: Dilute flour mix with water in a ratio of 1:2 and ensure there
are no lumps. Food intended to fry should be dredged with flour mix and then
dip it in made batter and fry in moderately hot oil.
Dry Dusting fry : Mainly used in Asian cuisine where food is intended to be
tossed along with sauce. Pat dry food, season, dredge it in flour mix and flash fry.

sauce with a diverse applications. Sauce may be used as a
pasta, pizza, braising sauce and salsas.
Pasta Sauce: •Heat oil in a pan, sauté little finely chopped garlic, onion add CS
tomato sauce, bring it to a boil, toss along the pasta
• Finish with shredded basil and parmesan cheese for a true Italian experience.
Pizza sauce: • Place CS chunky tomato sauce along with 30 gms of sugar, 50 ml
extra virgin olive oil for every litre of sauce and blend it to a fine puree.
•Transfer it into a neat container and use it as and when required.
Braising : • Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, sauté brunoise of onion, garlic, carrot,
celery, leeks add CS chunky tomato sauce bring it to a boil.
• Add 100 ml of full bodied red wine for every 1 litre of CS chunky tomato sauce
and add 400ml of demi glace sauce. Bring it to a boil and reserve.
• At the time of service, cook the sauce along with vegetables or meat of your
choice, adjust the seasoning if required, and serve hot.
Soup:• Blend the sauce to a fine puree.
• Bring it a boil, adjust the consistency by adding stock. Finish the soup with cream
and butter and serve hot.
•Garnish with bread croutons.

Chef Solutions Mexican Chipotle Seasoning is a subtle blend of Mexican flavours predominantly hinting a strong hot
chipotle chillies. Master tailored for use by culinary experts like you in diverse applications ranging from marinades,
sauces, dip and sprinklercharacteristics!
As marination, use 40 gms of seasoning with Oil and water for 1 kg of raw meat.
1. Prepare the marinade by mixing equal parts of oil and water 25ml each,
for every one kg of raw meat and 40 gms of seasoning.
2. Immerse the meat in the made mixture for atleast 4 hours prior
to cooking of same.
As sprinkler to enhance taste, use 20 - 25 gms for 1 kg of finished product.
Use it as post fry sprinkler by sprinkling it on fried food as soon as food comes
out of oil. Same technique can be applied for creating a variety of flavoured nuts.
Salads: Replace seasoning of vegetables and dressing with our
seasoning. Dosage: 40 gms of CS seasoning for one litre of dressing.
Dips : Mix mayonnaise (low acidic) with 50 to 60 grams of CS
