Punch is a digital agency that has worked on several projects, including:
1) Developing a mobile app and website for KonMari Media to interact with Marie Kondo's tidying philosophy beyond her book and bring her brand across channels.
2) Building a hiring platform called Source for 1-Page that automates employee referrals.
3) Helping Insikt transform prototypes into working applications and designs for their online lending platform Lendify.
4) Developing native and web apps for the drone video service Cape to streamline their customer process from signing up to filming and payments.

Small scale survey of advertiser attitudes to mobile marketingBlonde
Survey of a cross section of Blonde clients as at March 2010, looking at the role of mobile in the digital marketing mix.
Survey conducted as part-preparation for a talk to Edinburgh's Mobile Monday (MoMo) group on June 7th 2010.
We are now living in times where messaging context is slowly becoming a new model of publishing. Conversational apps grow faster than social networks.
Hence our interest and new report around the topic of CHATBOTS.
“App fatigue is real” and using a chatbot for building a relationship with customers feels more accessible, as it is like talking to a “real” person while an intimate, one-on-one interaction which is de-cluttering our mobile experience at the same time. It is also just cheaper to prototype an build a chatbot service rather than create a standalone smartphone app for a brand or business. If done right, it can definitely deepen meaningful relationships.

I am a UX Designer with a previous background in finance, operations, and procurement. I have always had a strong passion for technology and how it can make our quality of life better through our day to day interactions. This passion is what led me to study UX/UI design through CareerFoundry. I have conducted A/B tests, preference tests, created personas, and developed a strong proficiency in wire-framing and prototyping using industry standard software (i.e Figma, Proto.io, Photoshop, Balsamiq, etc.) As a tech enthusiast, I want to apply my skills in research and UX design in order to help make products that people will not only enjoy using but can also benefit from.

KonMari Media is the new entity that manages and markets the acclaimed works
of Marie Kondo, the creator of the KonMari Method and author of the New York
Time’s best-seller, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up.
After selling over 6-million copies of her book, Marie Kondo and her team ap-
proached Punch to create a new experience for her fans for the Apple App Store.
They didn’t want a digital book. They wanted a new way to interact with the
philosophy and method of KonMari that existed outside the book.
Working with her customers, we researched the core areas where we could im-
prove from the book: real time feedback and encouragement, on-demand con-
sulting services, community-driven sharing of progress, and a clean aesthetic to
reenforce the idea that a tidy home can spark joy.
To tie it all together, we worked with Marie to refine and improve her brand, logo,
and experience for a consistent and tidy multi-channel experience.

1-Page contacted us to build their new hiring platform Source, which links em-
ployers with connected friends of their employees for hiring. Studies have shown
that over 80% of hiring is done through referrals. We built a platform that helps
automate the referral process within hiring.
We created a rich single-page application using Angular.js with the Google Clo-
sure Compiler, and a services back-end using independent but loosely coupled
node.js modules, resulting in a strong, opinionated development environment.
During this process, we moved from focused feature development to focused
enrichment of data quality and security features for enterprise customers. We’re
working with the project to this day, as the original, most active maintainers —
and largest development team on the project.

Punch helped Insikt take rough prototypes and back-of-the-napkin ideas for their
Lendify platform into working applications and designs to help Insikt service a
larger share of the online lending market.
Seamless branding and channel consistency were key. We had to make sure
lending customers felt comfortable and confident filling in financial applications
and contracts with Insikt’s Lendify platform.
Since the products could be white-labeled, we ensured designs could be skinned
easily for each brand while still providing the best possible user experience from
mobile to web and offline at stores.
Our team worked hand-in-hand with their local office to develop new, beautiful
experiences for their customers that provide a premium experience unexpected
for a lending company.

After the first winter operating the slopes, Cape realized the daunting task ahead
of them to get a customer signed up to filmed to paid — and then back again
for more. They were going in between apps trying to collect payment, get a sig-
nature, maintain records, and communicate with customers, which wasted their
time and the customer’s time.
This lead Cape to bring on Punch as part of there team to re-imagine the experi-
ence their users and customers would have with their drone video service. With
just a few short months to launch we were able to build them a full scale CRM,
handheld camera operator, and drone operator native app all from scratch.
During this project we also worked with Cape to get there web back end service
up and running that allowed them to process media uploads that occurred from
the app in the field.
