Why sample4me? We have noticed that most European manufacturers in the interior and exterior finishing industry have a chaotic sample service. This means that, despite good products, they do not make a profit on sample service, which remains a high cost. At the same time, it is difficult for them to find appropriate specialists who will responsibly organize this area so that it is consistent with the market, products and real capabilities of the company. We decided to solve this problem by creating Sample4me – a company that carries out the design and strategy of sample service. We wanted to create a company in which consultants, hand in hand with our clients, introduce real changes in their companies. Our projects begin with a diagnosis of the current condition of the sample service and the preparation of a complete solution so that the sample service will start to bring profit. Next, we take over the sample service and operate it as an external company, and the manufacturer reduces space and time while increasing sales effectiveness, generating valuable leads and raising CX to a higher level.
