     then connect them with Vendors and the customer.

     Recruitment. Leveraging the eChannelLine channel databases, a
     variety of ways are used to engage, educate and recruit VARs/MSPs
     for Vendors.

     Lead Generation. All leads sent to relevant VARs/MSPs are
     automatically followed up on … regularly and consistently.

                      Take Responsibility for the Results



     Unique Vendor Offer. We offer Vendors a robust Pay4Performance
     program (proven performance) with a small admin fee (4k/mo).
     Anytime after the first 3 months ($12k total expense) the Vendor can
     stop the program and we will give them $25,000 worth of advertising
     in eChannelLine or ConnectIT.

     Unique VAR/MSP Offer. Anytime after the first 3 months ($270 total
     expense) the VAR or MSP can stop the program and we will give them
     $25,000 worth of end user advertising in ConnectIT.
