This document provides resources for changing attitudes in schools, including recommended reading on developing growth mindsets and improving school culture. It also lists surveys and assessments that can evaluate mindsets within individuals, classrooms, and entire schools. These include a survey to assess professional collaboration, affiliative collegiality, and self-determination/efficacy. Additionally, quick surveys are referenced to assess mindsets within oneself, students, classrooms, and the school to identify areas for development.
