Project Description:
Mass Mutual is one of the leading Financial Group of USA. It has many sections like
Retirement Services, Life Insurance, Annuities, Long Term care insurance etc. I am
currently working in the Retirement services section. In Retirement services section
Mass Mutual (MM) handles both Government and Corporate plans and has a
participant count of more than a 1.5 million currently. MM holds one of the largest
Retirement Plan Group investors in USA and is currently an emerging and growing
institution in the Insurance sector.
My Responsibilities:
 Participated in Production Support control of various jobs.
 Fixed the defects raised on different environments.
 Worked on Production and inlife issues, by writing new scripts and
implementing them into the Production environment, changed few scripts in
the production environment via CMR process.
 Co-ordinated with the downstreams regarding any issue in the batch about
the failure and delay in their incoming files.
 Co-ordinated with the client for several CMR Process implementation and took
the initiative to give them presentations as to why the code change needs to
be done in the production environment.
