4. Risk assess the taks identified
and eliminate all risks
5. Verify all the micro skills
required to reduce the loss
have been identified
6. Build the check list for each
micro skill at each level
required to reduce the loss
7. Make a risk assessment of the
area/process/machine(s),
ensure the risks are controlled
1. Identify potential assessors
Confirm their experience of the

2. Train the assessors in how to
use the check list and evaluate

3. Identify the skills needed to attack the targeted loss
4. Risk assess the task identified and eliminate all risks
5. Verify all the micro skills required to reduce the loss have been identified
6. Build the check list for each micro skill at each level required to reduce the loss
7. Make a risk assessment of the area/process/machine(s), ensure the risks are controlled
