Century 21 is returning to television advertising after a two-year absence, announcing it will run an ad during the 2012 Super Bowl. The company believes agents need more recognition than the brand itself. It is launching a "Smarter, Bolder, Faster" campaign across TV, radio, online and print to promote agent capabilities. Century 21 also expanded partnerships with five listing sites to reach over 350 million visitors and boost agent listings. The company disputes reports of declining ad spending, saying budgets for both online and offline promotions will increase this year.
