2. Materialsman , TTOPCO
From March 2013 , I am working as Materialsman at TTOPCO , Kurdistan Region , North Iraq.

Responsibilities as Materialsman
• Responsible for the proper conduct of services related to logistics and warehouse management and is
responsible for the proper operation of the Material Management System
• Keeping accurate records of parts and materials used, transferred, lost or received and for maintaining
minimum stock levels of critical parts as defined by department heads.
• Controlling the stock of materials, equipment, and spare parts in the warehouse
• Ensuring that the stock is adequate for the ongoing operations and for further operations which are
planned in co-operation with the Drilling team / Production team / Facilities team and the
department heads.
• In accordance with the instructions and procedures , ensuring the proper checking of requisitions,
deliveries, and shipments (including materials and equipment belonging to the
Operator/Client, when requested to do so).
• Conducting quality assurance tests on warehouse inventory.
• Ensuring accurate data entry of test results and inventory related reports into a computer based control
system
• Loading and unloading trucks using forklift/ Cranes.
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices,
or other transport vehicles.
• Clean and maintain lab supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with
