DISCUSS : ARE CHEN NING AND ALEX 
BOTH RIGHT IN THEIR OWN PLACES? 
WOULD CHEN NING FEEL BETTER IF 
ALEX HAD TOLD THEM ABOUT THE 
BOARD MEETING AND THE WAY SHE 
FEELS?
Are Chen Ning and Alex both right in their own places? 
Yes!! 
Chen Ning: 
1. doesn’t know about the board meeting 
2. Was given last minute notice 
3. Pressure/ Work Burden
Alex: 
1. Has the rights and Authority 
2. Stress/Work Pressure 
3. Last minute Notice
Would Chen Ning feel better if Alex had told him about the 
board meeting and the way she feels?
