Common Issues /Concerns Climate – Tarmac temperature often 70°C Limited Storage – Controlled Room Temperature (CRT) storage facility for Envirotainers (stored in ambient temperatures averaging to 45°C) Lack of Pharma Expertise available on the ground Limited Envirotainer Facilities – availability of dry ice / batteries / Container Charging (Jed). Restrictions – Envirotainers cannot leave Airport, unless special approvals are given from Government/Ministry only Lack of visibility - origin station/shipper have no information after shipment arrives destination CCP Solution / Unique Selling Points Communicate with all parties involved (SACC/Airline/Customs Broker/consignee) - to ensure quick release of shipment Monitor and follow up Envirotainers physically - from arrival up to handover to broker, maintaining a temperature log of ambient and Envirotainer temperatures & Active container check sheets Notifying concerned parties of any deviations (Battery life/Dry ice/Temp) - and ensuring corrective action taken immediately Contact airport handling agents to ensure cargo is physically checked in and arrived before updating arrival notifications. Re-icing & Battery Change can be provided by our team of qualified Envirotainer experts 24/7 with a proactive preplanned re-icing and battery change service Provide update to origin and consignee for shipment status/availability, full visibility of your order in real-time via our secure online customer portal.
