Abstract- Red blood cells are specialized as oxygen carrier RBC plays a crucial role in
medical diagnosis and pathological study. The blood samples are collected using the smear
glass slide. These samples are taken under the test using the image of the blood. Filtering
process are carries out to remove the noise. Morphological operation are applied on the
blood image and using Hough transform method the RBC are counted which is the
effective segmentation process.

Leukemia is a cancer of the blood and bone marrow, the spongy tissue confidential the bones where blood cells are
made. Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is one of the most common types of leukemia among adults. The signs and symptoms of
leukemia are non-specific in nature and also they are comparable to the symptoms of other mutual disorders. Manual
microscopic inspection of stained blood smear or bone marrow aspirate is the only way to an effective diagnosis of leukemia.
But this method is time consuming and less accurate. In this paper, a technique for automatic detection and classification of
AML in blood smear is presented. K-means algorithm is used for segmentation. KNN, NN, and SVM are used for
classification. GLCM is used for optimizing the spectral features. The local binary pattern is used for texture description.
Blood microscope images were tested and the performance of the classifier was analyzed.
Physicians working in the field of hematology are called hematologists. Initially, hematologists complete a four-year medical degree and this is followed by three or four years in an internship or residency program. Thereafter, they spend two or three more years learning how to diagnose and treat blood disorders.

Visual examination of minuscule photos by looking at alterations such as surface, calculation, shading, and measurable research of photographs is now the only recognisable proof of blood trouble. One of the leading causes of death in humans is leukaemia. Its success rate and prognosis are largely dependent on the early detection and detection of infection. The goal of this project is to identify and test leukemia-affected cells. Leukemia can be recognised and classified based on the presence of juvenile cells, as well as whether it is persistent or intense. A variety of procedures, including histogram levelling, straight difference extending, and morphological methods such as region opening, region closing, disintegration, and expansion, are used to differentiate juvenile cells. When compared to current procedures, the Proposed Method has produced better results.

Through a comparative analysis approach and eight weeks of data collection, the study addressed key research questions related to solar radiation patterns and optimal system design. The findings highlighted regions with heightened solar radiation levels, showcasing substantial potential for power generation and emphasizing the system's efficiency. Optimizing system design significantly boosted power generation, promoted renewable energy utilization, and enhanced energy storage capacity. The study underscored the benefits of optimizing hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems for sustainable energy usage. Optimizing the design of solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems as examined across diverse climatic conditions in a developing country, not only enhances power generation but also improves the integration of renewable energy sources and boosts energy storage capacities, particularly beneficial for less economically prosperous regions. Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.

use is of paramount importance for the correct interpretation of
results.
