LEVEL II Somerset Hospital, Somerset, PA (Fall 2015)
♦Somerset Hospital offers both acute care and outpatient rehabilitation. Six
weeks were spent in their acute care setting and 6 weeks were spent in their
outpatient rehabilitation.
HealthSouth Altoona, Altoona, PA (Spring 2016)
♦Completed 12 weeks in HealthSouth’s inpatient rehab performing evaluations,
treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge instructions.
