Capital Area United Way is hosting a two-part Community Impact Mini-Summit on September 20th and 27th to discuss school readiness and keeping students in school and helping them succeed. The sessions will take place from 4-7pm at the Nonprofit Center in Lansing and will provide an opportunity for youth services providers to share their expertise to help CAUW better understand challenges and ways to impact change for student achievement. RSVPs are requested by September 17th.

- 1. Dear Friends, Colleagues, and Community Leaders:  Capital Area United Way (CAUW) is hosting its 2012 Community Impact Mini-Summit on Student Achievement on Thursdays, September 20 and 27. The forum on September 20 will focus on school readiness. The forum on September 27 will focus on students staying in school and succeeding. The sessions will take place at the NonproïŹt Center at the Armory in the Consumers Energy Board Room from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The address is 330 Marshall Street in Lansing.
