2 RESPONSIBILITIES OF CATERER
All catering and beverage services in connectionwith your big day must be arranged
separately between the catering company and yourself. However,the approved caterers do
follow through with the followingresponsibilities while serving at the Butterfly house:
-Set up all table and chairs according to the floor plan, as designed by the couple and catering
company
- Placeall tablecloths and linens
- Provideall uniformed serving staff
- Assist couple and/or Butterfly House staff with placing favors,centerpieces, and any other
décor
- Break down after the event so youcan enjoy your evening!
3 NEED TO KNOW: WEDDINGS AND/OR RECEPTIONS
When holding weddings and receptions at the Butterfly House, there are a few general things
that you need to know!
- The caterer you choose must provide linens, food,beverage, and bar.
o MUST use china and silverware, recyclable plastic allowed forbar only
- The only other foodallowed inside the venue is:
o Wedding cake
o Bottled water
All other foodmust be contracted by the caterer to be served in the venue.
- There is no smoking allowedon the Butterfly House premises. This includes the catering
tent, reception tent, the garden, and the conservatory
