CATALYST Workshop What it is: The CATALYST Workshop is a fast and focused approach for jump-starting organizational change.  The workshop brings together a diverse group of talent and focuses their expertise and creativity to address the what, the why and the how of the change.   The workshop can be anywhere from 1 to 5 days in duration.  At the end you will have design prototypes ready for the decision makers and the next steps in  traditional development processes. CATALYST Workshop Why it works: The CATALYST Workshop works because of it’s proven architecture: Executive sponsor or sponsors who are committed to the process and who will sponsor the outcomes Compelling objective Participants who represent multiple perspectives and experiences and who are committed to doing what is needed to achieve the objective A workshop experience that drives to results at the same time that it provides a peak work experience for participants: Preparation is essential.  Participants are asked to do carefully selected work prior to coming to the workshop. Sponsors kick off the workshop to communicate the importance of the work and his or her support.   A mind-stretcher is provided to help move participants beyond their traditional ways of thinking. Participants work in small teams.  They present their work to the full workshop team for feedback and integration. Near the end of the workshop, teams present their design prototypes to the sponsors  and receive immediate feedback and a decision on next steps.
