Since 1954, Medallion Furniture has been manufacturing an
extensive line of casual furnishings from our state of-the-
art factory in Miami, Florida. We are conveniently located
minutes away from the Miami International Airport and The
Port of Miami, where our furniture is shipped throughout
the world. Whether it be for hotel, casino, condominium or
your own backyard paradise, Medallion offers factory value,
quality and exceptional service to our customers.
All Medallion furniture has a baked-on polyester powder
coat finish. Prior to painting, the frame surface is cleaned
and pre-treated with a chromate five-stage system to
prevent oxidation and insure adhesion of the powder to
the aluminum frame. The powder coat finish is applied
electrostatically then cured in a 400 degree oven. This state-
ofthe-art technology allows a finish that is not only beautiful,
but will withstand prolonged exposure to the elements. We
use a commercial grade vinyl coated polyester mesh for
sling applications.
Unmatched for it’s strength and beauty, this durable all-
weather fabric is available in a large variety of colors and
patterns. This fabric is also used for cushions and umbrellas.
Medallion offers a wide variety of commercial-rated materials
from many of the leading textile mills. We are proud to
offer SUNBRELLA 100% solution-dyed acrylic fabric for our
cushions and umbrellas. These fabrics are not only beautiful
and vibrant, they are extremely durable. They are made
from the same acrylic fiber as awnings and boat canvas,
so they are soft and luxurious to the touch, yet extremely
resistant to mildew and are colorfast. Marine grade vinyl is
also featured on many of our upholstered and loose seat
cushions for restaurant and commercial applications. It is
easy to clean and can be quickly dried after rain because the
fabric is water repellent. We also offer many other materials
to choose from, samples available on request and can be

We offer furniture for your patio and restaurant
on a 48 month rental program. Please see our
Price list for the rental amount, per ítem, per

This rental program has been structured to keep
the outdoor furniture out of your capital Budget
and off your balance sheet as a capital asset.
This expense is paid with BEFORE TAX dollars,
not with AFTER TAX dollars from your capital
budget. This renta is simply a monthly expense.
You are renting furniture for a 48-month period.

Every four years, you sign a new rental
agreement and we deliver new furniture. Your
outdoor furniture and pool area will always
be updated and profesional looking for the
pleasure of your guests.

and federal. This is an expense, not
a capital expenditure, therfore the
rental is paid with pre-tax dollars.

FOUR YEAR RENTAL PROGRAM

MEDALLION FOUR YEAR
WARRANTY AGREEMENT
FRAME: Medallion warrants our frames during the four-year term of the rental agreement
against any damage or defects in materials or workmanship, wich includes our powder
coat finish or breakage to the metal framse and welds.
VINYL STRAPS: Vinyl straps are wrranted against breakage or damage due to burns
or cuts. This warranty does not cover fading or mildew which can occur over the
years and is generally due to the lack of maintenance. MEDALLION’S exclusive vinyl
strapping formulation includes inhibitors for mildew as well as ultraviolet inhibitors.
MEDALLION will furnish sew straps in the event of breakage and it is the responsibility
of the customer to attach the straps to the frame. If you choose to bring or ship the
furniture to the factory, we will be happy to install the straps free of charge.
SLINGS: MEDALLION will make and send new slings in the event of failure for any
reason. Installation is the responsibility of the customer. If you care to bring or ship the
furniture to the factory, we will install the slings free of charge. We cannot guarantee the
same fabric due to mills discontinuing certain patterns.
FINISH: The baked on powder coat finish is warranted during the four-year term of the
rental agreement against blistering, peeling or flaking. This warranty does not cover chips,
scratching or normal wear and tear however we will touchup and repair any damage to
the finish when the furniture is returned to the factory. The finish can be protected and
prolonged by keeping the furniture clean and free of salt build-up when close to the

MEDALLION intends for you to have the full use of your furniture during the four-year
term of the rental agreement. Check over your furniture regularly and advise us of any
parts you may need. This is a no fault, 100% warranty, our goal is complete customer
satisfaction. Wash your furniture regularly with mild soap or degreaser to avoid suntan oil
stains and salt build up when clores to the ocean.

COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
FRAME: Medallion warrants our frames for a period of three years against defects in
materials or workmanship which includes breakage to welds of the metal frames under
normal use. Unreasonable abuse, normal wear and tear, bent legs due to leaning back or
forward on two legs are not covered under this warranty.
VINYL STRAPS: Three years against vinyl breakage. This warranty does not cover fading
or discoloring. Medallion will furnish new straps in the event of breakage. Cushion fabrics
are not covered by this warranty.
SLINGS: Slings are covered for one year against manufacturing defects, including fabric
separation and seams pulling loose. Fading, ripping of the material and normal wear and
tear are excluded from this warranty.
FINISH: Three years for defective powder coating finish resulting in blistering, peeling
or flaking. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear due to elements exposure.
Abuse resulting in scratching or otherwise harming the finish is not covered by this
warranty. The finish can be extended by keeping the furniture clean and free of salt and
dirt build-up when close to the ocean. Wash with soap and water regularly.
GENERAL:Medallionreservestheoptiontorepairorreplacefurnitureunderourwarranty.
All warranty claims are to be made directly with the factory. Dealers and salesmen are not
authorized and cannot handle warranty claims. This is a consumer warranty direct with
the factory, only the factory can handle warranty claims. Handling and transportation
costs are not covered under this warranty and must be prepaid by the owner of the
furniture. Normal wear, accidental damage, unreasonable or abusive use or repairs made
or attempted by unauthorized persons are not covered by this warranty. Customer must
present the original invoice for any warranty work.
