5. 1 Steel Strapping
The product is made from ordinary carbon structured or high-quality carbon structure steels via cold-rolled, electric heat and
blued and painted & waxed. The painted and waxed steel strapping is the further process from the blue tempered steel
strapping. To prevent rust,the painted steel strapping is very better than the blue tempered steel strapping. It is applicable for
bundling and packing of wood, paper,glass ,Stone ,welded pipe and so on and other large objects.

8. 1 White Steel Strapping
White Steel Strapping (also know as primary color steel strapping) is manufactured from raw steel coil ,because there is no
extra surface treatment ,it’s just the primary color of the steel ,so we call it primary color steel strapping,some one also
name is like white steel strapping or bright steel strapping.
BTW,For Kenya market it’s usually be known as “hoop iron”.

9. 1 Bluing Steel Strapping
Bluing steel strap is to heat treatment the steels at about 200 degree centigrade and make the steel surface to form a layer of
dense ferroferric oxide film. Its main ingredient is ferroferric oxide.
The layer of protective film can prevent iron rusts, before packing, you also can paint a layer of anti-rust oil to prolong the
store time. (Dense ferroferric oxide film can film the steel body isolated from air and water, and have the effect of anti rust)

Painted steel strapping means paint on the surface treatment, it has better performance in all aspects than other
common steel strapping. Firstly, embodied in the painted steel strapping won't appear rusty phenomenon, it does not like
ordinary steel strapping packaging rusty spot goods, more environmental protection. Secondly, painted steel strapping after
cold rolling, shearing, bluing ,painting, the finished good elongation, tensile strength, the goods strapping compared strong
trust, this is also why painted steel strapping is more and more popular and accepted by customers .
Black painted steel strapping is the most popular color for export,other colors can be customized on request.

27. 3 Galvanized Steel Coil
Hot dip galvanized steel coil is an effective metal anti-corrosion method, mainly used in metal structure facilities in various
industries. The rust-removed steel parts are immersed in a molten zinc solution at about 500°C to attach a zinc layer to the
