LG Europe wanted a digital portal to support their nationwide training
program to encourage sales staff at retail partner stores to learn more
about the products, earning points and badges by completing training
tasks and redeeming against prizes.
HOW IT WORKS
Through a mobile-first interface to suit the quick access, on-the-go mobile
needs of the end users, regional, store and individual staff are mapped and
rewarded for meeting and exceeding targets. Gamification, with local and
national leaderboards and achievement badges, incentivises and rewards
users to complete modules and continue engaging, unlocking access to
advanced modules and points which can be redeemed for rewards.
