Case Study: Bar & Restaurant – Highlander
Highlander installs Connect2Social Platform
Highlander Bar and Restaurant Clarke Quay is one of Singapore’s best known Scottish Whisky
Bars. Highlander is located at Clarke Quay, the party central, in the heart of Singapore.
Highlander is part of the Tembusu Projects Group, which includes Highlander CHIJMES and
Clarke Quay, Octapas Spanish Restaurant, Little Saigon, and The Queen & Mangosteen British
Pub.
Getting started with Wireless Social
Highlander wanted to know more about their customers and frequency of their visits. This was in
addition to growing their social media presence. They also wanted to engage with new visitors,
and offer promotions and information on events.
Fransisca B, Brand Marketing Manager of Tembusu Projects, was impressed by how easy the
system was to install, and the immediate data collection that occurred. “We installed the
Connect2Social and the results just started to build. The supporting Dashboard is easy to use, and
provides a range of analytics and marketing tools.”

Since its introduction Highlander has seen:
“Over 5,000 Registration have been recorded by the system in the first three months, giving us
over 500 Facebook Likes. Even more importantly are the Facebook Impressions numbering well
over 160,000. The daily use of the system is growing. Our Customers are becoming regular Wi-Fi
users and enjoy this value-add that we are providing.
