My name is Michelle Verdura and I am an Account Manager at a large, cloud-based project management software provider,
Procore. Over the past 18 months, I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Angel Mercer to implement Procore as a new
software into her organization.
Rolling out new software to a company that is hesitant to change can be difficult, but Angel was able to quickly get her team on
board while staying organized with getting their account setup in the system. She was a fantastic advocate for Procore
throughout the training phase, but also knew when to fight for her team’s requests.
Angel was highly focused on making sure she understood the ins and outs of every tool in our software. This showed me that
she is a thorough, detail-oriented individual with attention to accuracy.
While I am disappointed that I don’t have the opportunity to work directly with Angel anymore, I am excited for the company
who gains her as an employee. With her drive, focus, and personality, she will be an amazing asset to any team!
