Key Findings
Millennials are interested in finding a career and stability. 89% of
Millennials surveyed said they were more interested in finding a
career than a job. When asked about life after college, 33% said that
they plan to stay at their first job as long as possible, while 23% plan
to spend at least three to five years at their first job. Only 24% of
Millennials plan to stay at their first job until they find something
better.
Millennials are looking to grow within a company and
are motivated by growth opportunities. When asked
what perks matter most, 85% selected “growth
opportunities”, making it the single most important
perk to Millennials. When asked what factors would
cause them to change their job 82% selected “growth
opportunities”, only second to a “higher salray” with
91% of the votes.

While cash is still king, it is not the only thing that
matters to Millennials. It came as no surprise when
89% of the respondents said that their salary is “very
important” to them. However, 80% also said that the
job experience was “very important” them and 65%
of Millennials stated that the company culture was
“very important” to them.
