Care Optimizer
 The Care Optimizer model quantifies how much care (in level) a patient needs, based on a
questionnaire (TiC-n score*)
 For each care-activity that can be conducted for a patient a time-span is assigned to each level of care
 Based on this matrix, Caregivers can calculate how much time is needed per client, how much staff is
needed, etc.

 With these calculations care-demand and -supply can be made insightful, optimizing the distribution of

 Every items is scored between 0-4
