The document describes 4 games for a physical education class. Game 1 is Robin Hood where students divide into teams and take turns retrieving balls from the center and placing them in their team basket. Game 2 is Circle Ball where students stand in a circle and try to roll a ball through each other's legs while preventing it from going through their own. Game 3 is Towel Race where partners take turns towing each other with a resistance band and carrying dumbbells. Game 4 is Big Hot Potato where teams pass a stability ball in the air using their feet, hands, and other body parts without letting it touch the ground.
1. Game 1: Robin Hood Divide the playing area into two halves, one half for each team, and place all the balls in the middle.
2. Game 1: Robin Hood Each player runs and picks up one ball at a time and brings it back to the team basket.
3. Game 1: Robin Hood Once a ball has been placed in the basket, players run back to the center to pick up another ball.
4. Game 1: Robin Hood Remind players to keep their heads up to avoid collisions.
5. Game 2: Circle Ball Players stand in a circle with feet spread as wide as possible with the outer edge of each foot touching the outer edge of their neighbor’s foot.
6. Game 2: Circle Ball The object is to score by rolling the ball through another player’s legs while blocking the ball from rolling through your own.
7. Game 2: Circle Ball Players defend and block shots from opposing players by keeping their hands low to the ground.
8. Game 2: Circle Ball When a player scores, the successful player retrieves the ball while the other players perform three push-ups.
9. Game 3: Towel Race One partner wraps a band around his or her waist while the other partner holds the band and “tows” behind the partner, creating resistance as they walk from one cone to the other.
10. Game 3: Towel Race At the turnaround point, they remove the band and each player picks up a set of dumbbells and walks briskly back to the starting point.
11. Game 3: Towel Race In the second round, the partners set down the dumbbells and sprint back to the turnaround point, and repeat the “tow” with alternate partner in the towing position.
12. Game 4: Big Hot Potato Each team forms a circle and begins by tossing a stability ball in the air.
13. Game 4: Big Hot Potato Players must keep the ball in the air by kicking it, volleying it, and/or using hands or other body parts to propel the ball upward.
