Programme Director on the Burberry Business Transformation Programme.
Feedback:
Marion was the MM lead in the Burberry BTP Procurement Team, in addition, she was also the only
Capgemini employee in that team working with a number of others from Attune Consulting.
The Sub-Contracting area of the solution was complex particularly as it was being migrated from a
highly bespoke version of AFS on to FMS. However, it was also managed by Marion extremely well
being on track with delivery and one of the most stable areas of the design with a high degree of
client confidence in the solution. This is testament to Marion's skills and knowledge in this area.
Marion was always able to provide clear updates on her progress and the issues she faced. Marion
also worked particularly long hours, often being the first to arrive and the last to leave.
It was a delight having Marion in the team and I thank her for all the hard work she performed and
would recommend her to future projects and a major asset in any team.
